(Al Qamar) 54 : 49
إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ

Indeed, We have created everything in a measurement.

Just like Allah created everything in the heavens and earth in a fixed number and measurement, He also determined a fixed term for all of them, as told in verse 6: 2. He also has fixed the number of Jinn (Sprites) and humans for Paradise and for Hell. Everyone’s fate is also decreed in the Book of deeds fastened upon everyone’s neck as explained in verses 17: 13-14. So by utilizing Adhikr, which explains all these things, as the Balance and Criterion, it is the duty of everyone bestowed with intelligence to ensure that the return of his and his Jinn soulmate is to Paradise. The believer should exist everywhere and every time in a condition that "I am none, and I have nothing; everyone and everything belongs to Allah—the Creator." Then only does he fulfill the Covenant he has made with Allah from Paradise: "Yes Lord! I do witness for it," when the Lord asked, "Am I not your Lord?" The Impartial Lord doesn’t send anyone either to Paradise or to Hell; instead, the verses in the Arabic Qur’an which the Fujjar have seen, heard, touched, and read will be arguing and witnessing against them and will be pushing them to Hell as explained in verse 9: 82. See explanation 25: 58-60; 36: 38; and 87: 2-3.
